Color Blocking: Blue and Yellow

During the warmer months, I like experimenting with color. What better way to experiment than with color blocking? For me, color blocking will never go out of style. I like that I can wear this mustard yellow skirt with a neutral top or go bold with a bright color like this blue blouse. What’s your favorite color blocking combination?
